Customers of Cooperatives and Microfinance can perform loan enquiry of their Cooperative and Microfinance account using the mDabali mobile banking platform. This feature lets customers view information related to their loans information, loan schedules, loan calculators, and loan statements.

Select “Other Services” from home page

Select Loan Enquiry. Then Select the service you are looking for i.e. Loan Information, Loan Schedule, Loan Calculator, Loan Statement

Select your Loan Account no then use your PIN No/Fingerprint/Face ID
